The Light came into the world so that darkness could be overcome and so that people could be set free from the prison of darkness mankind has placed itself in. From the very first moment on earth The Light shone brightly, burning away the darkness and replacing it with the illumination of Divine Love for mankind. The dark tried to overcome The Light from the moment it was revealed to mankind. However, nothing the dark did could extinguish The Light, could cover The Light, could reduce The Light. The Light which is Jesus Christ, Our Lord, glowed in His heavenly glory on earth and all who would look with open hearts saw this glory.
