Fr. Francis McKay is an Australian Catholic priest of the Missionary Society of St. Columban. He is presently pastor of a Catholic parish in Japan.

In this book Fr McKay explains in easily understandable terms the 
basic teaching of the Christian faith. He explains why God created us,
why God sent Jesus, who Jesus said he was, whether there is any evidence
to support what Jesus said, and what was his ultimate mission.
At the end of his book Fr McKay makes a remarkable distinction
between Christianity and other religions. He proposes that Christianity
is much more than a religion or a set of religious beliefs and disciplines.
It is, rather, the Way established by God so that we may experience the
fullness of Life (John 10:10). The truth of this statement can be
verified only by putting into practice what Jesus has told us.
